Posted on April 30, 2019

WebMD posted a fun article on smiles. Those people with big, genuine smiles benefit in more ways than you might expect. Studies have shown that smiling portrays confidence, an outgoing nature, and even intelligence. Studies have shown that forcing yourself to smile when you are feeling blue can actually improve your mood and outlook! Your brain activity looks the same whether you are smiling unintentionally or forcing yourself to. Further, studies have found that faking a smile will actually improve your mood!  Apparently, fake it ’til you make it is a real thing, and something you can use to make your moment, your day, and even your life better!
