Sara has been practicing massage therapy for more than 10 years, originally in the Portland area. No stranger to Eugene, Sara attended Lane Community College prior to graduating from the Everest Institute in Tigard, Oregon, and Sara is excited to be back again in Track Town, USA.
Sara combines multiple modalities to create a therapy that is personalized and unique to each session. Although Sara values her experience with prenatal massage, sports massage, and cupping, she frequently uses Swedish massage, trigger points, and deep tissue massage, as she finds these to be most effective with post-injury care.
Sara is a versatile therapist who is just as confident in her ability to provide relaxation as she is in providing effective deep treatment work. Sara is easy to talk to and encourages her patients to speak up about their needs to be sure each person gets the most effective treatment possible. Her patients often comment on her ability to go right to the sore spots and bring relief. She truly wants to see her patients get relief from their pain and fully participate in life’s activities.
When she is not working Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and their “fur babies.” They include an adorable and smart mutt pup appropriately named Random and two spoiled and lazy geriatric cats. In their free time, Sara and her husband like making connections with friends and family, going on adventures hiking and road trips, seeing new places, trying new things and spending time outdoors with Random.
